```Duties:```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or electrical systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

```Requirements:```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance work
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of maintenance personnel
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers and schematics
- Ability to weld and fabricate metal components
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or prolonged periods of standing or walking
